During your first session, I conduct a full movement assessment to understand your body and design your program accordingly. We don't offer free trial sessions — however, first-time clients can start with a 4-session starter package (2 weeks) before committing to a full package.
We do not allow anyone to purchase a 10-session package from the start. This ensures we're the right fit for each other.
Payments are non-refundable. The only exception is a medical report from a licensed physician confirming that exercise is medically contraindicated.
A 10-session package must be completed within 5 weeks. Extensions are not permitted and unused sessions cannot be carried over to the next package.
Package transfers are permitted only with trainer approval.
Sessions cancelled within 24 hours will be deducted from your package. No-shows are also deducted.
For cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance, contact your trainer immediately to schedule a make-up session. All make-up sessions must be completed within the 5-week package period.
Sessions range between 45–60 minutes. Duration may vary depending on your individual program.
