You receive a personal, non-transferable license to access digital programs. Sharing or reselling content is prohibited.
Subscriptions & Payments
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
- You may cancel anytime via your account or by contacting support.
- Processed payments are non-refundable.
Use of Services
- Content is for personal fitness/wellness use only.
- No guaranteed results. Consult a healthcare provider before starting.
Prohibited Conduct
Content piracy, login sharing, or fraud may result in termination.
Liability
Strong & Sculpt is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses from program use.
Jurisdiction
Governed by the laws of the United States. International users consent to U.S. jurisdiction.

6. Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Subscription Cancellation
Customers may cancel subscriptions at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing cycle.
No Refunds After Renewal
Payments already processed are non-refundable.

Failed Payments
If a payment fails, access may be suspended until resolved.

Everything you need to know

During your first session, I conduct a full movement assessment to understand your body and design your program accordingly. We don't offer free trial sessions — however, first-time clients can start with a 4-session starter package (2 weeks) before committing to a full package.

We do not allow anyone to purchase a 10-session package from the start. This ensures we're the right fit for each other.

Payments are non-refundable. The only exception is a medical report from a licensed physician confirming that exercise is medically contraindicated.

A 10-session package must be completed within 5 weeks. Extensions are not permitted and unused sessions cannot be carried over to the next package.

Package transfers are permitted only with trainer approval.

Sessions cancelled within 24 hours will be deducted from your package. No-shows are also deducted.

For cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance, contact your trainer immediately to schedule a make-up session. All make-up sessions must be completed within the 5-week package period.

Sessions range between 45–60 minutes. Duration may vary depending on your individual program.
