How does pricing work?

Our coaching is fully online, structured, and personalized.
Pricing depends on session frequency and the level of support required.

We start with a short intake and strategy session to ensure the right structure and fit before moving forward. This protects both your time and your results.

How do new clients get started?

We follow a clear 3-phase system:

Phase 1 — Strategy & Fit
You complete a short intake form and join a 20-minute online strategy session. This is not a workout.

Phase 2 — Program & Enrollment
If we’re aligned, we design the right coaching structure and session frequency.

Phase 3 — Online Coaching Begins
1:1 online coaching starts, delivered either by me or by a vetted coach from our team, all operating under the same standards and system.

Who is this coaching for?

This system is designed for adults who value their time, health, and long-term results.

Our clients are typically professionals, decision-makers, former athletes, and individuals who want a clear, efficient system , not random workouts or trial-and-error training.

Is this coaching fully online?

Yes. All coaching is delivered online in a structured 1:1 format.

This allows for consistency, flexibility, and precise oversight , without sacrificing quality or accountability.

Do you work with beginners or people with limitations?

Yes. Programs are built around movement quality, safety, and progression.

We regularly work with individuals managing posture issues, joint limitations, or long periods of inconsistency.

Will I work directly with you?

I personally oversee every client’s program.

Sessions are delivered either directly by me or by coaches from our vetted team, all trained to follow the same standards, methods, and expectations.

Do I need to train with a coach forever?

No.

The goal of this system is to build independence, consistency, and confidence , not long-term dependency. Coaching is designed to teach you how to train intelligently and sustainably over time.

What do you expect from clients?

Commitment, honesty, and consistency.

Clients should be ready to discuss lifestyle habits, training history, injuries, and goals clearly. The better the input, the better the outcome.

How long are the sessions?

Each online session is 45–50 minutes.
Sessions are focused and outcome-driven , no rushed work, no wasted time.
The goal is quality execution, not filling time.

Which package should I start with?

For first-time clients, we recommend starting with a 3-session starter package.

This allows us to assess movement quality, establish structure, and ensure the system is the right fit before committing to a longer-term setup.

After that, we’ll guide you toward the most appropriate ongoing package based on your goals and schedule.

Do you offer refunds?

Because coaching spots are limited and programs are prepared in advance, refunds are not offered once coaching has started.

However, we use a structured intake and strategy phase before enrollment to ensure clarity and fit before moving forward.
